Where does my deposit go?

Your deposit is saved for the final appointment within the 12 month commitment period.

What's the catch?

There's no catch. Only savings from our non-member pricing. We only benefit with your consistent commitment to your self-care routine.

What happens if I miss my monthly appointment?

If you miss your monthly appointment, you will still be charged your membership dues for that month. However, you can reschedule your appointment for a later date within the same month, subject to availability.

Do you charge my card every month automatically?

No, we only run your card at your scheduled appointment. If you don't show up per the monthly commitment, we would then run your card on file.

What if I need to cancel my membership before the 12-month commitment period is over?

If you need to cancel your membership early, please note your deposit will be forfeited and going forward you would have to pay the standard non-member price for any future appointments.
